The number of credits for downloads shall be reduced by actual downloaded mobile entertainment content, in other words the download of mobile entertainment content is evaluated as redemption of one or more credits and thereby reduces the total number of downloadable mobile entertainment content you are entitled to download, receive and/or access with your subscription contract during that particular subscription period. Unused credits will either will expire at the end of the respective subscription period. Whereby a content item ordered is not available for your particular mobile handset a replacement download credit or replacement content item may be offered in lieu of the selected item. If you download mobile entertainment content in excess of the amount allowed by your selected subscription contract, then you agree to pay the applicable non-subscription / non-club / a la carte retail rate for such additional downloads. Credits can only be used to download mobile entertainment content offered by the service provider. These items cannot be sent over SMS and you need to connect to our wapsite; wap.zingtones.tv FROM YOUR MOBILE handset to download your order. If you have ordered correctly you will be sent a Service Message that will take you direct to wap.zingtones.tv on your mobile. If you haven't received a Service Message then go to wap.zingtones.tv on your mobile and select "collect your order". Your order should be waiting for you to download. When you go to the wap site just click the link - Collect Your Content.
